Tidal Car Rentals Cancellation Policy
At Tidal Car Rentals, we strive to provide flexible options for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services. Please review the following cancellation policy:
Cancellation Period: Customers may cancel their reservation up to one week before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any cancellation fees.
- Cancellation Fees: Bookings canceled 24 hours before the planned pick-up time are subject to a $100 fee. When a booking is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, that fee is $200.
- Refunds: Customers who cancel seven days before the rental date will receive a full refund of any prepaid rental charges. Refunds will be processed using the original form of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
- Changes to Reservation: Subject to availability, changes to reservation details, such as pick-up/drop-off location, rental duration, or vehicle type, may be made without incurring any fees.
- No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel a reservation or pick up the rental vehicle within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in a $200 no-show fee.
- Third-Party Bookings: Customers who make reservations through third-party websites or travel agencies are advised to adhere to the cancellation policies specified by the booking platform. Tidal Car Rentals’ cancellation policy may differ from that of third-party providers.
